Overview

The digestive tract is central to layer health and production — the small intestine and caeca play a key role in immune function, and efficient digestion depends on tall, healthy villi, deep crypts, and an intact gut epithelial layer. Stress, poor feed quality, infections, and imbalances in the gut microbiota can disrupt this architecture, driving poor feed conversion, low conformity, late onset of lay, and reduced egg production and quality. Ventar Liquid is a water-applied gut health product that supports a healthy microbiome through challenging periods.

Dosage & Application

• Preventative dose rate: 100ml per 1000L of water for 3 days
• Reactive dose rate (high stress periods): 100ml per 1000L of water for 3–5 days, increasing to 150ml for a further 5 days as required
